Sampling from the employees of Taiwan Sugar Corporation, this thesis studies their perception of factors like Organizational Change Perception, Organization Political Perception, Individual Career Planning and Organizational Identification, and how they react to organizational change and the inter-relations between these factors. The purpose of this study is to examine the employees’ perceptions in relationships among these factors, by Statistical methods like Analysis of Variance and Regression Analysis of the data collected from 357 effective samples in Taiwan Sugar Corporation. The major conclusions observed are: 1. It shows obvious positive correlation between Organizational Change Perception and rganizational Political Perception. 2. It shows obvious positive correlation between Organizational Change Perception and Individual Career Planning. 3. It shows obvious positive correlation between Organizational Change Perception and 0rganizational Identification. 4. It shows obvious negative correlation between Organizational Political Perception and Organizational Identification. 5. An obvious negative correlation is observed between Organizational Change Perception and Organizational Identification due to Organizational Political Perception.
