At present, there are three kinds of low power wireless communication system, including PHS of Japan , PACS of the American , and European of DECT system worldwide. The purpose of PHS was designed initially to move in the range of ' wireless phone ' system as for house, office and small area outdoors which different with cellular mobile phone of wider communication range. Thus, as fig.1 of red part, the base station common built nearby wire pole of roadside, office block, department store , and house ,etc., the signal cover with small-scale and limited area, through the exquisite phone terminal machine that can communicate any time in the coverage areas of base station. PHS system still has great market in China at present, and relevant technology is in the grasp of Japanese. Therefore, the relevant research of PHS system natural value and especially study power amplifier transmitter of high power base station. The paper state applied PHS base station of 4 watts power amplifier design and produce. The active component of the circuit was 2.4mm and 1.2mm two PHEMT that produced from TRANSCOM.INC. supply. Thru HP8510C the measure result appearance finish radio frequency power amplifier workable frequency range 1.88-1.92GHz , and small signal increase 29.36Db, output P1Db is 36.7Dbm meanwhile, PAE is 30.3%.
