Summary: | 碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 95 === The promotion of war capability in the army is closely related to the result and achievement of military education. The teacher and staff who stand in the forefront of the military education often have job burnout and low job morale which affected by the manager’s leadership style and organizational climate. Our goal of this research is find the best solution toward these problems which cause job burnout and job morale. We take the teacher and staffs who work in military academies of south Taiwan as the research objects, and the sample size of the survey is 400 individuals with 356 responses while 32 of them are not eligible. The respondent rate is 81%. And the software edition of SPSS 10.0 is utilized for analysis. The research methods include factor analysis, reliability analysis, T-test & one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis.
Here are some issues found from this research:
1. Individual characteristics like rank, marriage, education, and seniorities are significantly different from leadership style except gender, age.
2. Individual characteristics like education is significantly different from organizational climate except gender, rank, age, marriage, and seniorities.
3. Individual characteristics like rank, age, marriage, education, and seniorities ages are significantly different from job burnout except gender.
4. Individual characteristics like rank, education, and seniorities are significantly different from job morale except gender, age, and marriage.
5. Leadership style, organizational climate, job burnout and job morale are significantly related to each other.
6. Leadership style, organizational climate have significantly impact at job burnout.
7. Leadership style, organizational climate have partly impact at job burnout.
8. Leadership style, organizational climate have significantly impact at job morale.
9. Leadership style, organizational climate, have partly impact at job morale.
This is the reference which offers to the organizations which are in charge of military education, people who work in military academies, and following researchers.
