Description
Summary:碩士 === 開南大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 95 === The research is aimed at constructing an efficient measurement of the inputs and outputs of driver training classes’ resources using the multi-inputs and multi-outputs evaluation models of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The objects of the research are the 24 private driver training classes in Tao Yuan County. The relevant data used for the inputs and outputs are collected and selected based on literature review, internal information of the driver training classes in 2005, and questionnaire surveys in order to build up a DEA evaluation model including both subjective and objective factors. In addition, the research employed the Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) approach to calculate the weights of the inputs and outputs through expert questionnaires. And it applied the subjective weights into the DEA evaluation model and performed analysis. The study finds the efficient driver training classes included in the reference set for benchmarking. Besides, the result provides the inefficient classes with the information of improving direction and adjustment as well. In the analysis of the DEA with subjective weights, the efficient units have the tendency to reduce in a large amount more than the original way. It is hoped that the empirical results of this research can offer the administrators important reference for resource allocation and strategic management, and also present suggestions for the government while supervising and auditing the projects.
