When there are nth criteria or alternatives,n(n-1)/2 times of comparisons must be processed; moreover, when the number of level increases, it is easily led to the reduction of efficiency and the result of inconsistency. Therefore, this study uses three types of pairwise comparisons algorithm, which are vertical, crosswise, and diagonal, to establish Multi-Criteria Decision Making with Incomplete Linguistic Preference Relations Model first. The use of pairwise comparisons will not produce the problem of inconsistency, which even allows every decision expert to choose an explicit criterion or alternative for index unrestrictedly. When there are nth criteria, only n-1 times of pairwise comparisons need to be carried out, then one can rest on Incomplete Linguistic Preference Relations Theory to obtain the complete matrix so as to obtain the priority value of alternative for the decision maker’s reference. This not only greatly promotes the efficiency when comparing with the traditional AHP, but also when the decision maker is carrying out the pairwise comparison, the following problems can be avoided: time pressure, lack of complete information, the decision maker is lack of this professional knowledge, or the information provided is unreal and thus it is difficult to obtain information. With regard to the pairwise comparison of preference decision making’s matrix, the mapping value of the adopted linguistic variables allows the assessment scale to set the range unrestrictedly, without limiting the range in [-t,t], and therefore the Integrated Multi-criteria Decision Making with Incomplete Linguistic Preference Relations Model can be established. In order to test and verify the feasibility of the Multi-criteria Decision Making with Incomplete Linguistic Preference Relations Model and Integrated Multi-criteria Decision Making with Incomplete Linguistic Preference Relations Model, this study uses the hypothetical data to analyze and related literatures’ information to test, verify, and compare Fuzzy Preference Relations with Multi-criteria with Incomplete Linguistic Preference Relations and Integrated Preference Relations, and identical results have acquired in the end. The decision making assessment model that is established by this study can be extensively applied to every field of decision science and served as the reference basis for the follow-up scholars.
