Using descriptive statistics, reliability test, factor analysis, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression to test the data that were collected from 250 marine squad leader, the results generally indicate the following: 1. Resting, listening to the music, and watching movies were found to be the most frequently participated leisure activities. 2. Job stress is a significant predictor of subordinates’ attitudes toward supervisory commands. 3. Emotional intelligence has significant effects in moderating the relationship between leisure participation and job control. 4. Emotional intelligence has significant effects in moderating the relationship between job stress and subordinates’ attitudes toward supervisory commands.
