Quality of electricity power generation is the key to facilitate a country’s economic development and modernization of a society. Furthermore, along with the policy of non-nuclear country, the thermal power generation has become the centric approach for power generation of Taipower now and in the future(energy production up to 70%). How to improve its efficiency, which in order to shade as much as possible the operation cost, are now the center of the gravity. This research aims to upgrade the efficiency by the result of the senior’s efforts, personal challenge in the job, First reference to the graph of the cost analysis of the 2006 from ten power stations, evaluate the finance efficiency by CCR and BCC mode, and then evaluate the customer degree of satisfaction take delivers as the output of DEA-AR, with the questionaire which was designed by the suggestions of experts, this is the subject on which business recently put more and more emphasis. The following were found: 1. Among the thermal power plants of Taipower in 2006 by financial DEA-SE, Taichung power plant has the best operation performance while Tatan and Jians power plants scored relatively lower results. 2. Among the thermal power plants of Taipower in 2006 by financial DEA-CCR, there is performing quite well while Jians and Dalin power plants scored relatively lower results, those plants could improve by Slack-Analysis. 3. Among the thermal power plants of Taipower in 2006 by non-financial DEA-AR, Taichung power plant has the best operation performance while Shenao and Hsiehho power plants scored relatively lower results. 4. Customer value, service quality, social responsibility are related continuous running of the Taipower ,and from the research we found out it has the highest customers’ satisfaction(efficiency up to 0.87).
