Description
Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 95 === Manufacturers, brokers, distributors, or agents in the channel system may become the leader and lead actions of other members in the channel system. A link in a supply chain of the Electronic industry - semiconductor distributors - acts important role between production and marketing. While agents struggle for the dealership, they also face the problem that suppliers are choosing qualified agents simultaneously. If agents want to obtain the authorization from foreign suppliers, they should first understand that factors of suppliers choosing agents and assessing points. The main purpose of this research is to build the evaluation model of Taiwan semiconductor components industry agents. The objects of this research are as follows: “A framework of marketing and sales management”, “A framework of products management”, “A framework of logistics and electronization management”, “A framework of enterprises development”, and “A framework of information and financial management” etc, and from the references, the corresponding evaluation criteria were constructed. First, by fuzzy AHP method, we obtain the relative weight of important influencing factors, then by fuzzy theory to obtain the fuzzy performance of each criteria. Last, by TOPSIS, to prove the possibility of evaluation model by superiority ranking of three listed and over-the-counter (OTC) agents of semiconductor element in Taiwan. Moreover, semiconductor distributors can obtain relevant factors that strengthen the relation with semiconductor suppliers by this research. Through suggestions of this research, we provide semiconductor components industry with a reference to the direction of the future development.
