It always using the encrypt e-ticket as the certification through the commerce transactions. The management cost can be decrease since the e-ticket business model can provides integration for the vertical supply chain and horizontal community. But it requires a very low-cost mobile security transaction mechanism to purchase a variety of services by the cell phone. However, the limited of the mobile or portable device are computing power and memory. In order to solve some authentication drawback of the e-ticket, we proposed an efficient mobile e-ticket validation based on OR-code secret sharing scheme under DRM system for the mobile commerce. It is performed based on the concept of the secret sharing scheme to split the QR-code into two parts. The union mobile digital rights management is used to control the rights transaction and certification of the mobile e-ticket. The proposed scheme separates the e-ticket into two parts randomly; one part of the e-ticket sends to the user when he purchased. The other part of the e-ticket will not be send to the user to decrypt until the time stamp is reached. This portable e-ticket with OR-code can decrease the pain of the customer when he/she is waiting in line to purchase the ticket or sell and cash the ticket right. It is very effective to protect right of users and merchants through this secure and convenient transaction mechanism.
