Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 教育領導與發展研究所 === 95 === The main purpose of this study was to(1)investigate current situation of elementary school teachers’ organizational trust and knowledge sharing behavior in Taipei County,(2)explore the differences in organizational trust and knowledge sharing behavior caused by the teachers’ different backgrounds.(3)analyze the relationship between teachers’ organizational trust and knowledge sharing behavior, and(4)explore the predictive power of teachers’ organizational trust and knowledge sharing behavior. This research adopted the method of questionnaire survey .Based on the stratified random sampling method, the subjects including 828 teachers from 79 public elementary schools in Taipei County were selected. Questionnaires were administered to the selected subjects among returned questionnaires, 503 were valid, with a 61% valid percentage. By way of mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé method, Pearson’s product-moment correlations analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis, the major results were summarized as follows: 1. The teachers’ performance of organizational trust and knowledge sharing behavior was at middle level. 2. Significant differences were found on the part of teachers’ organizational trust in consideration of teachers' different serving years, positions, and school size. 3. Significant differences were found on the part of teachers’ knowledge sharing behavior due to differences in age, serving years, positions, and school size. 4. Middle-degree positive correlation existed between teachers’ organizational trust and knowledge sharing behavior. 5. Teachers’ organizational trust toward co-teachers and schools had significant prediction to knowledge sharing behavior. Finally, in accordance with the research findings, some concrete suggestions were provided for education authorities, elementary school administration agencies, school teachers, and follow-up studies.
