Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 95 === This study aimed to realize the relationships among store environments, experiential value and customer satisfaction of sports goods chain stores in Taipei. In addition, it tried to uncover the differences between consumers of different demographic variables on store environments, experiential value and customer satisfaction, and the relationships among store environments, experiential value and customer satisfaction. This study was done directing at 420 consumers of sports goods chain stores in Taipei. Those data out of the questionnaire distributed was analyzed by ANOVA, t-test, and Pearson correlation on SPSS for windows 10.0.The major findings in this study were described as follows:
1. The major consumers of the sports goods chain stores in Taipei were male, student, under 30 years old, college, and average monthly incomes lower than 20,000 dollars.
2. There were no significant differences on customer satisfaction between consumers of different demographic variables of sports goods chain stores in Taipei.
3. There were significant differences on experiential value between consumers of different gender and age of sports goods chain stores in Taipei. There were no significant differences on experiential value between consumers of different vocation, education and average monthly incomes of sports goods chain stores in Taipei.
4. There were significant differences on customer satisfaction between consumers of different age and education of sports goods chain stores in Taipei. There were no significant differences on customer satisfaction between consumers of different gender, vocation and average monthly incomes of sports goods chain stores in Taipei.
5. The correlation among store environments, experiential value and customer satisfaction was positive.
