Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 應用統計學研究所 === 95 === The government works on the Grade 1-9 Curriculum Reform in these years actively, and also proposed the plan of twelve-year compulsory education, pursuing to reduce the educational pressures on students. However there are still a lot of issues emerged and the loading of learning on students of Junior High doesn’t reduce significantly after the Reform exercised. In the circumstance of severe competition among Junior High Schools, how to improve the competence of individual schools, how to satisfy the needs of parents, students, and teachers, and how to promote the image of schools to attract more potential students and retain the current students become the top challenges of administration in each schools. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the impact of administration measures on the satisfaction of teachers and students of Junior High to their school. The result of this research can be a reference to schools to increase the teachers and students satisfaction by adjusting their administrative policies, measures, and activities. For achieving the purpose, this study selects 99 teachers and 881 students from a Junior High Schools in Taipei County as the sample. Analyze their satisfaction on the school by different statistics models, including: Crosstabs, Chi-Square Test of Independence, Correlate, Analysis of variance, Post-Hoc-test, Ridit Analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and Logistic Regression Model Analysis. The findings of this study are:
1.“Anniversary events, school athletic meets, and the activities of Cooperation Cup Contest held by the school” gets the highest satisfaction from students; “The supports from the Student Affairs Office” and “The progress of greening and beautifying the campus executed by the General Affairs Office” wins the highest satisfaction from teachers.
2.Students are unsatisfied most by “the maintenance of lavatories by the General Affairs Office”; Teachers are unsatisfied most by “the facilities and the maintenance of teacher’s office.”
3.Academic Affairs Office, Student Affairs Office, General Affairs Office, Counseling Division, and the school in whole tend to get relatively higher satisfaction.
4.The satisfaction of teachers and students with internal control is relatively higher than the satisfaction of teachers and students with no commence and external control.
5.The students with better learning attitude have higher satisfaction to the school.
6.The girl students are satisfied more than the boy students; the male teachers are satisfied more than the female teachers.
