In this article, we propose a direct estimator and an indirect estimator of the (cumulative) hazard function of a series system by assuming that the independent components of the system are from such type of Exponentiated Weibull distributions. It is shown that the direct estimator is better than the indirect estimator in the sense of sample relative mean square error.
