To assure that the retailers obtain more benefits, logistics companies should provide better service than ever. They should establish various distribution centers in different area to shorter the delivery time to the convenient store. Due to following reasons such as various demands with small quantities, multi-frequency delivery requirements, difficult to recruit employees, the raising cost of HR & salary…, force the logistics companies to operate the new delivery managing model as multi-frequency, small quality and low stocks.   This object of this search is “T” logistics company which provides delivery service to chain convenient stores, not only discuss the current delivery model, but try to advance a new delivery model which combine with Online Shopping and Picking up at Convenience Store. It established an application model of multi-frequency delivery to compare with current model, to simulate and verify the old delivery requirement with new variable delivery model under different demands. In accordance with the outcome of test to explain its applicability, advantages and disadvantages for reference in industrial and academic circle.
