碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 日本語文學系 === 95 === This research considers mainly the North Korean nuclear problem and the six-party talks about the role Japan plays, it’s diplomatic standpoint and It’s identity in the safety strategy of northeast Asia. In the introduction in Chapter 1, the research motivation and the purpose of the research are described, and it introduces the early research, the evaluation, and the point under discussion collectively. The following explains the composition and the outline of the range of the research, the method, and the main discourse in full. Chapter 2 takes a general view of a safe region in northeast Asia over a North Korea nuclear problem. The following Chapter 3 considers the missile shock in July, 2006 and the nuclear test in Oct, 2006, which gives priority to "Japan in the frame of multilateral talks". In Chapter 4, what influence Japan has received in the rise of the back competition while taking the influence received from the U.S. Japan-China relations into consideration based on some aspects of the six-party talks and the U.S. Japan-China relations is paid to attention. In Chapter 5, it thinks about the influence on Japan-China relations by taking it into consideration under the frame of Japan-U.S. alliance. Chapter 6 is a conclusion. The conclusion is applied depressing it to the six-party talks that have been restarted and present power etc. of northeast Asia while recollecting the above-mentioned fruit of research after the missile shock and the nuclear test. The role and the standpoint of Japan in six-way talks are reconsidered again emphasizing it. Fruit of research and conclusion： 1. In Japan, the keep away from of the dependence of "One trouble of toward America". 2. It tries to start independent diplomacy in Asia being considered. 3. It tries to add the new departure "Arc of freedom and prosperity" besides "Base related to Japan-U.S. alliance" in which Japanese diplomacy comes as a basis and "Asia valuing". 4. It thinks whether to change nuclear armament it or "Military power" by matching it so that Naocona may come about the influence power decrease in the United States. 5. Japan in Sino-U.S. relations as the balancer (role to keep balance) has changed into the hegemon in an Asian east this region. Japan-China relations are improved while maintaining "Two ultra order" with China and the tie-up of both parties is strengthened.
