Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 心理學系 === 95 === This thesis was aimed for the reflections on the two areas of the e-learning and the strategic management from alternative point of views, which were obtained from the development of a Narrative-Based Role Playing Game (RPG). This 'Strategy Safari RPG' was designed by a team of digital content development, which was supported by National Science Commission.
The digital content of this developed RPG was adapted from the case study of MK industrial, while the model of game interaction was based on situation simulation. Moreover, the knowing in action and the action in reflection (schön, 1983) was the foundation of the learning theory.
In addition, this RPG was used for evaluating the learning processes and the outcome with four different viewpoints: the learning of social technology system, situation simulation, narrative approach, visual thinking, which lead to interpreting the underlying tacit knowledge during the development of this project.
Finally, this thesis pointed out the application on education in universities and the department of training and development. Also, this thesis provided some suggestions to the follow-up research and the development.
