Summary:碩士 === 佛光大學 === 公共事務學系 === 95 === This research planned to discuss “Labor Pension Act” based on the points of view of corporations’ social responsibility and used Yi-Lan County as an example. This research area included several business characteristics like companies’ categories, size, age, labor unions, locations and specific regulations. We planned to demonstrate whether there are differences between management levels’ perception when implementation of new retirement pension mechanism policy and the social responsibility for retired pension payment. This research applied questionnaire method and depth interview for data collection and analysis. The interview samples were selected from six companies in Yi-Lan County. We had 173 valid returned questionnaires. From variance analysis results, it indicated that there are significant difference between companies’ categories and new retirement pension mechanism.However, there are no significant between size, age, labor unions, locations, specific regulations and new retirement pension mechanism. Moreover, there are significant differences between size, age, labor unions, locations, specific regulations and management levels’ perception of the social responsibility for retired pension payment. The perception of the social responsibility for retired pension payment. On the other hand, there is no significant difference between the existence of companies’ regulations and management levels’ perception of the social responsibility for retired pension payment. In the end, research results indicated that there is no obvious raise on labor turn over rate after the implementation of retired pension policy in Yi-Lan County.
