This thesis adopts “Delphi Method” to set up a model of the “Maturity of Information Education in Elementary and Secondary Schools in Taiwan”, hoping to initiate the schools into self-improvement and critcal judgment, at the same time attempting to enchange the quality of information education, tryong to provide the education administrations with reference for future evalation of information education, thus making the development of information education more advanced.
