In this way, the school will participate in community events and affairs and understand the value and culture of the community. By making the best of every community resource, the school can continue to improve and update its curriculum to create a rich, meaningful education for its students. A nine-year primary-school curriculum will allow schools to develop curricula with input from faculty, the respective local communities, parents, and students. This system will give educators the flexibility to adapt and modify their school curricula to utilize community resources. In this way, students will also learn to be responsible citizens in their local communities. Not only are schools benefiting from community resources, but it will be expected that schools also serve and help their local communities. Thus, the goal of this type of mutual relationship is to improve cooperation between schools and their communities. However, it's not easy to make efficient use of the community resources because most schools don't understand or realize the resources available. That's why teachers who do want to use the community resources feel difficult and frustrated. Therefore, this research aims to develop ways to build a database of community resources by using Blog and Wiki technology. By starting with workshops for Blog, members in a community can learn about the background of the people, events or culture using a computer and Internet sources. From reading the Blog, the school can realize and learn more about the community resources and then proceed to create the data base. In this way, it also offers the teachers a reference for their teaching. By doing this, the school and its community can be developed a mutual relationship gradually. It's also founded on both relationships continuing to develop more cooperation and activities in subsequent years. After almost two-year research, we can conclude the following: I. Building a data base for the school and community resources: Most teachers agree to use Wiki as the data base of the school and community resources, and they are willing and capable to renew and edit the content through Wiki. II. The experiences of using Blog and Wiki to build the data base for the school and community resources: (a). Because of elderly inhabitants in rural areas, the community development association thought that it's unnecessary to set up the website to deliver the information. (b). One or two businessmen who participated to build Blog at Zhen-Tou Shan Leisure Area are able to get themselves involved in using Blog and knowing how to promote and use it. Most of them also can learn to send out messages through the Blog. (c). The school can learn about new community resources of an area from reading the Blogs. III. Realizing the visions of school and community: (a). The school can help the communities to develop their businesses. (b). Through computer workshops, we know a lot of community members who are willing to help the school organize fieldtrips to allow exploration by the school kids.
