One thousand and seven hundreds projection images of an icosahedron with a boat-like feature were processed with bilateral or asymmetrical command and refined 12 times. The 1500 images of an icosahedron with a pyramid were processed with an asymmetrical command and refined 12 times. The 3D structures reconstructed were similar to the original models. Symmetrical commands were not fitted to reconstruct the 3D structure of the icosahedron with a pyramid. Fourier shell correlation curve showed that 12 refining processes were required to get a convergence. The reliability of 3D reconstruction with EAMN was proved by the particle models when the right commands were applied.
