Nevertheless, the rising and flourishing of Internet Technology has repaid changed our living patterns of the world in this twenty first century. Both of traditional teaching method and existing educational system are not able to satisfy today’s learners need because of their diverse and broad demand. Therefore, learning should not be only limited to study of textbook contents, but also to receive and gathering information, messages through the Internet, Website, etc. By using these powerful vehicles, we can absorb all kind knowledge. As a result, one can hence to adapt to the repaid changes of this complex society which we have lived in. The application of multimedia has gradually integrated into our whole society and tends to become a necessity of teaching method in the future. Teachers can be easier to guide students learning motivations and interests by utilizing the tools of multimedia. The subject of Linear Algebra without any doubt is an essential part in the academic school fields of the mathematics, computer science, engineering, and business. It is also an important subject to mathematicians, mathematics teachers, engineers, computer scientists, physicists, economists, and statisticians, and many other areas. The purpose of this research/design is seeking the combinations of these two aspects, and further to construct a Website. The pilot study was done by studying a group students attending in Linear Algebra Curriculum of the “A class”, at Math Department of Feng Chia University of Class 95 academic year. Findings and recommendations were used at research conclusion stated the influence to the students after combining Linear Algebra learning through the tools of this Multimedia Website.
