It is widely used in the design of new products and avoid patant. Although rapid prototyping and Rapid Tooling system to shorten the product design time and reduce costs. But in the process of the system is still faced with difficulties and problems. InVision 3-D Printer by molding components, have good dimensional accuracy. But the only drawback is dewaxing part of the processing. Silicone mold can provide a small number of precise and the rapid production. Whenever the production of a silicone mold consumption is the largest silicone. The study will use TRIZ to help identify how to improve the rapid prototyping approach to the dewaxing and silicone mold manufacturing processes to reduce the use of silicone gel volume. The results showed that TRIZ can quickly on the process to identify feasible and efficient improvement way.
