Smooth impact drive mechanisms (SIDM) is a linear actuators that utilize kinematic model of the slow expansion followed by rapid contraction of a piezoelectric element and the friction between a rod attached to the piezoelectric element and a linked mobile body. Smooth impact drive mechanisms (SIDM), small and capable of being driven with high precision, may find applications in micro-positioning devices and other precision products. The purpose of this study is to investigate kinematics of the smooth impact drive mechanism experimentally and theoretically. The theoretical analysis incorporated with the effects of friction and hysteresis is conducted. Hsien-Kuang Liu 劉顯光 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 139 zh-TW |
