Besides, the mobile internet using has become a habit in life; the global number of population of the mobile wireless internet has increased fast. The equipment of mobile internet renew day by day, it will make the mobile wireless internet grow fast. At present, the popularity of mobile internet users to the cell phone users only account for 8%, the growth space is predictable. This research is to discuss the influential factors of consumers using mobile wireless internet for four aspects which are mobile phone equipment, service content, users and predomination by the experts’ documents. After the questionnaire analysis, we deduce that the influential factors of consumers using mobile internet service. This research is also discovered that three aspects(mobile phone equipment、service content and predominated) all have correlation besides the factor of users. If a communication system industry must be succeeded in promoting the motion internet service, the three aspects above are needed; any factors missing could not make it.
