| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 資訊工程所 === 95 === This thesis discusses a mechanism to prevent common Web Services attacks such as the XML Denial of Service and the XML External Entity attacks. The main goal of this thesis is to propose a system to the new threats introduced by the web services. The proposed system relies on content inspection to detect these two attacks. The proposed system improves the performance by quickly recognizing XML/SOAP messages in the traffic flow and by reducing CPU overhead when inspecting the XML/SOAP message.
