Recently RFID has been considered an important technique which brings about impacts on the global industrial developments; its feature, intelligent chip, which is readable, editable, and preventive from unauthorized access memory, has been found in good-flows, inventory, good-packaging, intelligent identification IC cards, books, or audio and video products. RFID accesses and transfers identified materials by IC and radio, and it is distinct in characteristics such as being environmentally resistant, repeatedly readable, non-contact, abundant in recorded information, as well as simultaneously reading of plenty RFID tag in limited scope, rendering RFID the best instrument, in the supply chain of good-flows, for tracking and information feedback on goods. Thanks to the probable applications in the future, RFID is going to face an era with immense developments, among of which the necessary storage in RFID Tag ( plastic/ paper tag with the size of a credit card and consists of chips, radio frequency, aerials) is to continue as the major application. This study discusses practical solutions to the problems confronted by Feng Chia University when it was planning the second-generation entrance guard -managing system of the campus. In the meanwhile the study further accomplishes one more perfect entrance guard-managing system and also introduces some suggestions and prospects of the applied development in the future.
