It is expected to serve as good reference for the administration and hot spring businesses of the Lu-San Spring Resort when establishing operations policies. There are a total of 206 effective samples, which are analyzed with the statistics methods of frequency, chi-square, t-test, and ANOVA. The conclusions include the followings: 1. There is no significant relevance between the different socioeconomic backgrounds of tourists’ and their satisfaction. Only “monthly salary” is significantly related to the satisfaction; that is, tourists with higher salaries are less satisfied with the service quality in the resort. 2. There is no significant relevance between the different lengths of stay of tourists’ and their satisfaction. Only the “views are extensive along the way and the landscape is full of variety”, “establishment of travel indices and illustration bulletins”, “plantation and greenery inside the resort” of the external environment are significantly related, from which we know that visual sensation, resort landscape and establishment of travel indexes are closely related to the length of stay for tourists. 3. There is significant relevance between tourist satisfaction and their willingness to come back for a second visit. Based on the research findings, it is suggested that the increase of sanitary facilities and enhancement of environmental quality in the external environment. Transportation can combine aboriginal characteristics to emphasize in-depth travel and travel packages can be introduced to increase tourists’ willingness to take public transportation tools. In terms of public facilities, family-style travel needs should be taken into consideration. In the external environment, the uniqueness of each hot spring hotel should be pronounced, the indication and safety facilities at hot spring locations should be reinforced, the prices should be transparent to consumers, and special deals should be promoted to develop tourist loyalty. none 賴美蓉 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 101 zh-TW |
