| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 統計與精算所 === 95 === Investment, finance and dividend are three major decision of the main decision activity in enterprise''s business activities. This research is being discussed and it is the traditional industry of listed company of Taiwan altogether for nine years from 1996 to 2004ing (textile industry, plastics industry and food industry). Under the financial factor, this three make policy one have apparent mutual influence relations; Finance, investment, dividend make policy after joining the cooperative government, whether still have mutual influence; Is it construct surface to control on company, probe into every construct between surface and to close of connecting with financial decision. This research approach department utilizes general linear regression (OLS) and three stepses of least squares methods (3SLS) comes to do the real example to verify. The empirical result of 3SLS : Under the financial factor, finance and dividend separately to investment are negative and positive ; Investment about financing been with dividend are separately make policy for negative and positive; Investment, financing to influence for dividend are positive. Join the mechanism of managing of the company after interfering, find the impact on financial decision not big, we guess the system of the cooperative government is not completely to go along, its influence degree is still limited.
