From the experimental results﹐Showed that increasing heating temperature、moleculcr stress and viscosity will reduce fiber internal﹒Due to amorphous widen﹐the heberlein crimp contration (HCC)﹐boil water shinkage(BWS)﹐strength and LOI value are increased whereas elongation decreased﹒Further﹐as draw ratios(DR)﹐in theory﹐the strength orientation due and LOI were also increased﹒Element carbon in the flame retardant PET fiber﹐it will become dope dye and increase the molecular weight﹒Draw ratios even increased﹐still the result of the fiber strength、BWS、HCC etc are decreased﹐also unobviouly change in LOI happened﹒Increase the yarn speed over 750m/min the fiber lack of thermal energy to enable the molecular motion﹐and the semi-dull PET fiber with flame retardant will occur slipping surging﹐owing to PU-disc friction being unable to holder filament in fiber﹒
Integrating the experimental results﹐the semi-dull flame retardant PET fiber containing 5000-ppm phosphorous﹐under the texturing conditions of yarn speed 650m/min、draw ratios 1.81、heating temperature 195 ℃﹐we got the highest LOI value is 42﹒The flame retardant PET fiber with concentration of 7000-ppm phosphorous﹐the yarn speed 550m/min、draw ratios 1.82、heating temperature 195 ℃、the remnants phosphorous percentage 6305ppm﹐the LOI value of 39 were claimed the highest value﹒
Examining the experimental results﹐the heating temperature is the main effect parameter﹒
