These materials have following disadvantages:high material cost ,poor performances in some extend(eg . reduced izod impact),difficult in processing and environment problems. That is to say ,the common applied material for increasing flame retardant property will cause not only the poor performance itself ,but also the troublesome environment problems. In order to slove the above mentioned problems ,in this study ,we discussed and investigated the performances of flame retardants when they are added into the polymeric base .Furthermore ,the comparisons of their performance after and before the additions and the flame retardant properties were also studied .The flame retardants of nonhalogen/phosphorus compounds with different ratio in PC/ABS and PC/GF polymer were studied ,respectively .The experimental results showed that the PC/ABS polymer with 90:10 had the optimal flame retardant property for nonhalogen/nonphosphorus flame retardant(SFR-500).The retardant grade of it reached UL-94 V1.In case of PC/ABS polymer with 80:20 ratio ,for phosphorus the flame retardant grade reached UL-94 V0.When the nonhalogen/nonphosphorus flame retardants(Fluorine、KS-FR、LCP) were used ,the retardant grade can reached UL-94 V0 for PC/GF polymer. none 蔡宜壽 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 64 zh-TW
