Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 保險所 === 95 === This thesis is mainly focused on the analysis of the experience morbidity of cancer insurance. This experience morbidity includes the cancer mortality rate, the cancer incidence rate, the cancer inpatient rate, and the cancer surgical rate. In addition, the not unfairly discriminatory of their rates are also discussed. In this research, the experience morbidity of cancer insurance is analyzed using Taiwan Individual Cancer Costs Experience Morbidity Report, and the premiums of three group cancer insurance policies are examined to compare to the results in empirical analysis and to discuss whether the premiums are fair by classification relativity. At last, the comparison between the cancer experience morbidity in National Health Insurance Research Database(NHIRD)and empirical analysis is made. The ultimate results of this research show that: 1.The cancer mortality rate, the cancer incidence rate, the cancer inpatient rate, and the cancer surgical rate are affected by the gender factor and the age factor, and there is a kind of the reciprocal effect between these two factors. Among them, the age factor is the most important one. 2.After compares the group cancer insurance, it is found that there is an unfair situation: The load of the base class is heavier than others. 3.In the aspect of the comparison of the cancer experience morbidity in the empirical analysis and in the NHIRD, the experience morbidity and classification relativity in the NHIRD are larger than those in the empirical analysis.
