The raw-materials were forming into mother-sheet with roller after extruded. Additives in mother sheet is activated by heat in high-temperature oven after formed. The heat transform the mother-sheet into melted-foamed sheet. This paper will guide you to discuss, refer to papers ,research and plan to decrease the heats , improve the shape , measure effective and capacity of the process and increase it. The plan include: 1. Hole axial screw. Cooling the screw by irculating and adjustable-temperature water 2. T-rack die substitute for T die. 3. Hydraulic device with optics-eye for adjusting foamed sheet move forward locations in front of roller device. The effective are increased 22.5% ,capacity are increased 123% by implementing the plans and research the best operating condition by trying-error method.
