When charges are accumulated to a dangerous concentration level in dry dusty and oily environments, electrostatic discharge may happen to cause a fire or an explosion that can seriously hurt people, damage property and even shut down factory. The dynamic automation system is studied in the research for processing real-time static charge accumulation. The research work divides into four parts: electrostatic discharge platform, capacitive sensor simulation, real-time monitoring man-machine interface and capacitive sensing circuit design. Aanlyzing results of software simulation to enhance sensor performance is not only increasing measurement accuracy but also decreasing measurement error. The system can neutralize accumulated charges as a standard industry method with a safety application database.
