It is found that the optical fiber humirity sensor presents a good quality at the 45% weight percentage of the calcium chloride solution. Its humidity measurement range can be from 43%RH to 100%RH, and its blow response optical power is larger than 210 μW with response time being about 2.2 second. Its humidity response curve shows high linearity and no hysteresis.
