For example, Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs) and Plasma Displays (PDPs), etc. The LCDs possess the most mature technology and are widely applied in daily electronic products. As the needs of big size display, the LCD technology is continually innovated for reaching each requirement of production, quality, and prime cost. In this article, we present the results of applying Six Sigma DMAIC approach to improve the process capability of TFT-LCDs. Designed experiments are carried out to optimize the parameters.
