Also, Voice of Han Broadcasting (VOH Broadcasting) had made organizational change at the same time. Since January 1, 2004, it has been degraded on orders from “Broadcasting Brigade” to “Broadcasting Battalion” in military footings, and meanwhile has been marshaled into Political Warfare Brigade with characteristic of troop government. Owing to this change, VOH Broadcasting changed a lot at management of program orientation, personnel dispatch, and work content. As a result, that how all staffs face these transformations, and how the head improves this negative phenomenon to return prosperity is the major topic of this research. Since VOH Broadcasting was taken as our research object, we expected to understand the staffs through deep interview by qualitative research method. Also, by probing into the reaction and attitude of them, we desired to find the best way to build a research strategy with better efficiency and healthier organization. Therefore, we induced six types of VOH Broadcasting change to “technique”, “personnel cognition, skill,behavior”, “structure”, “assignment”, “culture”, and “work content” in this research. Also we redacted six plans as “establishes the effective bidirectional communication channel”, “transparent rotation”, “sufficient authorization”, “establishment of common prospects”, and “encouragement, support participation lifelong study” in conclusion. 朱寶青 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 124 zh-TW
