To enterprise, conduct the biggest challenge to come from with the relation of the customers, To school, the dormitory management can promote the results to achieve success, also depending on with the relation of the customers(students), so exertive actively creative of spirit, from the role of the applicability and the profit-making, to build up partner's relation of the government, the square in the school and accommodation, create Common benefits , is the motive and the background of this research. This research takes the Hu Wei University of region management ＆ operation in the campus dormitory as to study the object,depend on the related documents review and the case examples of chapter 2, with"student for object" and by"questionnaire", collect the students to live the dormitory current conditions information, statistics the software with"SPASS" after questionnaire recover, analyze the covariance "questionnaire" data. By the data collection analytical, investigate interview, questionnaire with actual work experience etc., imitate a set of methods that can go, induce the dormitory management process in it problem and improve the suggestion, be the reference of the related section, with make its system ability real exertive positive and important function.
