Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 造形藝術學系碩士在職專班 === 95 === This study can be considered one that tries to explore more correlation between human beings and materials. Vocational High School students were being selected as the target group. A questionnaire was compiled based on the Kansei Engineering technique and Semantic Differential technique. The author then used SPSS to analyze and compare the data collected from a total of 323 valid questionnaires. The Kansei Engineering concept was utilized to find out how general consumers feel about their hair styles and what kind of color plans they need. It was also used to help designers understand the feelings and needs of general consumers. Therefore, a carefully selected Descriptive Vocabulary was used in this study to explore the correlation between hair design and the applications of color for vocational high school students.
The results find that the comprehension level of a high school student, for hair design and the application of color, is closely related to the student’s keen level toward it. During the hair design and color tests, the participants would constantly apply their old color concepts toward hair design. And the most important factor for hair design and color application is students’ personal preference. Therefore, by giving courses and lectures of color and hair design, students’ professional knowledge and skills will be strengthened. On the other hand, instructors would gain understanding of a student’s ability as well as get a chance to have some bearing on the student’s performance while giving such a course. Instructors also get a chance to combine theories and applications. This would allow instructors to provide more appropriate guidance and instructions and lift the students’ performance to another level.
