China’s economy has grown at a remarkable rate these years which conduce to China being ranked as the fourth greatest economy in the world, as well as being one of the worldwide largest Foreign Direct Investment (F.D.I) country. More and more Taiwanese companies invested business in China. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the factors affected staff turnover rate within the currently policies, such as motivation, leadership and the employee work attitude. It is not only helpful to reduce the staff turnover rate, but also increase the company’s business and performance which is a win-win strategy. In this report, the author focused on a Taiwanese company located in Shanghai of China, taking questionnaire as one of the methodologies, sampling with 350 participations. The research results are listed as following: 1. Within the Taiwanese Company in China, motivation and the Employee work attitude positively affect each other. 2. Within the Taiwanese Company in China, leadership and the Employee work attitude positively affect each other. 3. Within the Taiwanese Company in China, the Employee work attitude and staff turnover rate negatively affect each other.
