And consider is limited by environmental protection, safety factor in recent years. After scrupulous planning and assessment, introduced new-type facilities and accorded with the standard equipment of environmental protection to establish the ammunition treatment centre by foreign countries, treatment the discarding, not suitable ammunition of army. The follow-up military, in order to combine the folk enterprise's management idea, the person who trusts folk family property of the centre manages to plan the ammunition treatment centre, treatment the various types of ammunition of country's army. This research is by questionnaire investigation and various types of analysis. Probe into the domestic and foreign ammunition treatment personnel . The satisfaction of the salary, working satisfaction and homework are safe and related. There are several conclusions after studying. First, ammunition treatment salary offered toward the army and folk company at present, person of homework, confidence generally insufficient, but ammunition treatment homework personnel think trust folk only not lower than the military wages salary after managing, accord with the expectation of homework personnel. Second, satisfaction of the salary and working satisfaction, having great dependence between the two, the high equally working satisfaction of the salary is relatively high too. Third, satisfaction of the salary and homework are safe, exist great dependence between the two, salary high same homework require relative even high safely. Fourth, working satisfaction and homework are safe, there is influence of showing between the two, and present the relation of positive correlation.
