Only a short time ago, changes of environment, confronting customer’s changeable heart, and China’s low-price competition, taking away market, and falling into bottleneck, lose it’s glory. In order to gain glory back, become just as pineapple cake, sun cake are a token of typical Taiwan souvenir. Let customer regain traditional feeling towards preserves, and promote wholly development of Taiwan’s preserves industry. This research was through current analysis of Yunglin area case company’s competition strategy, discuss how to promote wholly development of yunglin preserves industry. Conclusion as follows: 1. Preserves industry have to improve production hygiene condition, to lift transparency of production process. 2. Preserves industry can combine other delicate industry together, to turn tradition snacks image. 3. Product have to match concept of diversity. Health. Healthy-living. Delicacy, unique. 4. Make use of selling, strengthen brand’s popularity and image, and get production identity. 5. Analyze structure of consumption population, and consumption situation, adjust de-mands. 6. Analyze the decreasing reason of factories and material cultivation area, seeking government’s guidance and assist. 7. Recommend government open doors to imports of China’s material, and sponsor farmer’s cost of material. 8. Use high quality. High hygiene standard, to grab Chinese people society, and surrey Westerner’s taste, and specialty of preserves products, counter-attack western market. 9. Combine the blooming medical treatment with bio-tech science together to produce larger benefit. 10. Seeking industry alliance ,through operation ,co-operation ,mutual aid between in-dustries ,create win-win situation. 11. Use Blue-sea strategy as wholly development of preserves industry.
