Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 機械工程研究所碩士班 === 95 === A network-based monitor system and a manufacturing execution system for press machines are presented in this thesis. General user can obtain press machines' real-time operation status and statistical rankings. The system can provide manager to make a rapid and accurate decision.
The architecture of this system consists of Windows XP Professional, simulator, PLC and web server (Apache, PHP and Ajax).The back end of this system links to MySQL database.
This system will conduct the quality ranking for press machines by calculating abnormal number, abnormal time, yield, machine utilization and capacity utilization. The status of all press machines in the factory can also be obtained through statistics of press machines, such as yield, machine utilization and capacity utilization. In addition, through the quality ranking of press machines, different target can be yield assigned to different machines. To optimize factory yield machines with better ranking can be more excessively used and ones with worse ranking need to repair and maintenance.
The average transmission rate of a simulator is 12.8 Bytes per second. MySQL database records 17820 transactions for one day and the size is about 500 KBytes. The web server on-line produces statistical data each day and maps a chart. The average time is about 5 seconds to respond the request of clients. It needs about 50 seconds to analyze 12 days data of 6 press machines. However, the average response time depends on different data size.
