Summary:碩士 === 致遠管理學院 === 教育研究所 === 95 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the reality, difference and correlation from the work involvement, job satisfaction, and turnover intention for the management assistant of the resource room program in the college. The investigator distributed questionnaires to compile data from the management assistant of the resource room program in the country. The subjects of questionnaires are 182. The data analysis has included descriptive analysis, t-test, one way ANOVA, pearson’s correlation analysis, Regression analysis. The main findings are summarized as follows: 1.Just part have remarkable difference in distinct personal attributes on work involvement, the degree of job satisfaction and turnover intention of the management assistant of the resource room program. 2. There is remarkable negative correlation between age and turnover intention. There is remarkable correlation between work involvement and degree of job satisfaction. There is remarkable negative correlation between degree of job satisfaction and turnover intention. 3.The distinct personality attributes, job involvement and degree of job satisfaction of the management assistant of the resource room program could predict notably turnover intention. The last part offers some suggestions for the educational institutions, and the management assistant of the resource room program.
