After pre-testing, V&R was constructed well with item analysis, factor analysis, and Cronbach’s α. The Subjects were players, qualified with the research request, participating in Chung-Chen Cup Rugby Championship Tournament. The workable questionnaire rate reached 84.40%. The important conclusions were that the coach authority perception was in middle-high degree. There were significant differences (p<.05), including forward players higher than (>) full back players, freshmen in junior-high (>) the other grade players, except senior-high freshmen, players with more coach (>) mother influence, players who never have (>) had argued with the coach, and players who never have (>) had had severe brawl with parents.
