SVG language is under developed now，There are many technical problems to overcome and lack of software to associate，Since it is one kind of vector graphic that can be enlarged to any scale as you want• It must have much potential for web GIS if match up XML web that suit for data storage and exchange• This research is to take aim at compare and discuss above mentioned，and built a website that have two kinds of language to provide referral for small companies or small schools that want to establish their own global information system in internet• After took many experiments and improvements，Using two kinds of languages and composing with XML and Java Script .Writer got rudimentary goal about establish web site of cheaper and easier Web GIS.
