碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 95 === Abstract Majority of industries in developing the new products, programming the company future plan, expanding factory scale, etc. need the control project to implement to conduct Executing the Q.C.D. (Quality, Cost and Delivery).Executing the Q. C. D. are the main element to achieve the project. The company may appoint outstanding to project manager carry out, but they may need effective management tool and perfect project administrative systems even more. The control project guided every course of stage, such as the Initiating Process section, Planning Process section, Executing Process section, Monitoring & Controlling Process section, Closing Process section [1]. It is a series of activities which involve section data management and scheme procedure. It could be expected catastrophe in materials pictures, files, report forms, design change as well as accuse project, etc. without a set of intact, product development project. Therefore, the project management tool is important for keeping, managing, using, passing on, and communicating. There are several PDM (Product Date Management) software have been developed in market, for instance: WINDCHELL of PTC and SMARTEAM of IBM, and Power Tech PDM. There are several project manage tools in market. such as: the M.S Project, the GNOME one Planner, KDE one KPlato, etc. all of these are suitable project management tools provided enterprise to utilization, Unfortunately, the expenses of the software handling tool are expensive, range from hundreds of thousands to several million, It''s heavy burden for company, some enterprises are restricted no budget to expand the equipment and management tools for project control software. Even the enterprise had abundant fund in budget, they may spend a lot of money to conduct with PDM system, On the other, due to the company culture have to dead with a lot of customization, to fit with the link of the relevant operation or work standard and database of enterprise. It is often unable to accord with operator''s interface, even force change in fact enterprise to conduct the habits and acquired characteristics of the user operation. Since conduct into PDM system, if it can''t overcome the problem concerning study, it could be the reason to fail with PDM system. For solving cost problem and overcome user operate and problem concerning study. The research utilize A Company with project management of product development of manufacturing industry as the example, worked with the IT department of A'' company. Base on A company''s products development management norm and budget, developed the effective project management module which similar PDM software, it also can be utilized at the same industry. Since the project control system has been developed, we conduct and test the project control system in A company. The system has install at over 100 relevant users PC, which include peoples of R&D center, people of Engineering and people of product line, people of purchase as well as all other relevant people. They proved the opinions of main function of system to achieve A company demand, and no further request and improvement as well as suggestion, obviously this software achieve quite ripe application.
