In view of this, Ministry of Education pay more attention to Education evaluation for the Education Quality and performance of University of Technology and its result will be used for adjusting and school planning .So, the purpose of the study is to understand the performance of domestic University of Technology from education indicator.The study result could be the references of planning and development of related authorities to maintain or adjust planning strategies, effectively. The study will analyze the performance of University of Technology through MDS. According to the educational indicator included the input, process and output, we find school''s excellence and drawback. We hope school make up insufficient and the excellence transfer the characteristic. This research real example result is as follows: 1. Through describing statistics, national university of technology are comparatively sufficient at input side; At process side, private university of technology burden relatively serious but practice students to count more; At output side, national university of technology is to have advantages on teaching output but private university of technology is to place importance on social service. 2. In indicators of point side, i.e., learning resources and teacher structure, the entire performance of C technology universities is better than other schools. In indicators of process side, i.e., teaching burden and human resources, the total performance of B, H, K, N and O technology are superior to other schools. In indicators of output side, i.e., teaching out and achievement of students and social service, C and B technology are superior to other schools. 3. We can know each performance of university of technology to achieve the standard through Benchmarking Analysis and Competitive Situation Analysis. 4. Looking from the whole performance, D technology universities is better than other schools.
