For innovation, enterprises have to acquire resources and information through the reciprocal relationship between organizations. This kind of the relationship can offer concerns resources and information to proceed to innovate. However, to manage the innovative activities is quite difficult. Hence, the Innovation Network Relationships come with the tide of fashion. This research chooses information hardware industry as study. The directory of electric machinery and electron association in Taiwan in 2005 and the directory of manufacturing industry in Taiwan in 2000 were used as the target of sampling for data collection and 168 questionnaires were collected. After deleting incomplete and contradictory samples, 136 were adopted and analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis, cluster analysis, and regression analysis. The major results in this research are summarized as follows: 1. Organizational trust has partial significant positive effect on innovation network relations. 2. Organizational trust has partial significant positive effect on new product development performance. 3. Innovation network relations have partial significant positive effect on new product development performance. 4. Under different innovation network relations, organizational trust has partial significant positive effect on innovation network relations. 5. Under different innovation network relations, organizational trust has partial significant positive effect on new product development performance. 6. Under different innovation network relations, innovation network relations have partial significant positive effect on new product development performance.
