As the requirement of supervisor and the emphasis on employees’ organizational commitment are ceaselessly increased, it makes the small and medium enterprises faces another new challenges. The conclusions of this research is: Employees’ perception on supervisors’ “Managerial Competencies” is one of the important elements that effect the “Organizational Commitment”. The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between managerial competencies and organizational commitment. Moreover, a questionnaire survey has been conducted aiming at small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises of central region in Taiwan as samples. A total of 300 copies of questionnaires have been distributed randomly, of which 300 copies were responded to, resulting in a response rate of 100%. However, 288 respondents were counted as valid while 12 respondents were invalid, resulting in a valid response rate of 96%. The SPSS statistical analysis software has been utilized to conduct this research. After the analysis of the poll, two conclusions of this research are as follows: 1.Supervisors’ managerial competencies have significant influences with employees’ organizational commitment. 2.Employees of different attributes have significant relationship with employees’ organizational commitment.
