Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士班 === 95 === This research is for the purpose of discussing the relationship of personality, job stress and job performance of employees of Central Region Office,ROC. Executive Yuan. The first step of doing this research is to consult relative domestic and international papers in order that personality inventories, job stress table and job performance suitable for measurement can be as a tool for collecting empirical evidence. The data is collected by questionnaires for employees of Central Region Office, Executive Yuan and based on a stratified random sampling method with 500 questionnaires issued. With 500 questionnaires issued and 367 were collected at an effective rate of 73.4%, in which 67 questionnaires were invalid and left 300 ones at a rate of 60%. The study methods consist of Factor Analysis, MANOVA, Pearson Correlation Analysis, Canonical Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression analysis and Multiple Regression Path analysis with trial hypnosis testimony. The result and finding are as follows: 1.For employees of Central Region Office, Executive Yuan, make suitable for measurement among personality, job stress and job performance. 2.The different background variable of the employee of Central Region Office, Executive Yuan produces significant difference in personality, job stress and job performance. 3.For employee of Central Region Office, Executive Yuan, there are conspicuous correlations among personalities, job stress and job performance, and work performance. 4.Amongst personalities, personalities and job stress of Central Region Office, Executive Yuan, agreeableness, openness and extroversion are useful indication for the faculties job performance by Regression analysis. 5.The relationship amongst personality,job stress ,and job performance of employees Central Region Office, Executive Yuan, is that personality affects job performance by job stress and there is a casual relation on job performance
